guidance for Sales and Rental
Viewings.


In person viewings can take place at unoccupied properties only, Under the folowing conditions :

The viewer has viewed all of the marketing information including all photographs, floor plans, room measurements on-line.

Only two people from the same household can view. Sorry but we are unable to include children on viewings.

Viewing appointments must be restricted to 30 mins.

All viewers must wear their own mask. There will be no exeptions to this. Sorry, but we are unable to provide masks.

Viewers (and our agent) must use hand sanitiser before and after viewing. Gloves are not required.

Before each viewing, we will ensure that all internal doors are left open to ensure that the viewings is as touch-less as possible.

Any post-viewing conversations and follow-up questions should be conducted over the phone or e-mail where possible.

Printed brochures will not be provided - only e-mailed.

In regards to sales only viewings, you must be in a proceedable position with either a sale agreed, cash buyer, first time buyer or investor with an agreement in principle.
